Isku is a Finnish furniture company that designs manufactures and markets furniture and comprehensive interior design solutions for homes and schools, offices, healthcare, and all public spaces. They wanted to renew their e-commerce website and their main goals were:

• Promote e-commerce business and increase online sales

• Immerse the user into the ethos of the brand

• Showcase the latest products and bestsellers on the Homepage

• Access to the cart throughout the site

• Show all category sections

• Allow readers to sign up for an account

My Role

I was a UI designer in an agile team. my responsibilities included:

• Understand customer’s needs and problems

• Designing UI components that serve multiple use cases

• Create user-friendly, effective, and responsive UIs that meet end-user and client’s needs and business requirements

• Define clear interactions, build a high-fidelity prototype

• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems

• Communicate closely with developers to ensure the quality of the products

Isku has recently released an MVP version to observe customers’ behavior and opinion of the service. The client is satisfied with the new designs and the customer satisfaction score (CSAT) has improved significantly.
