About Me
Born and raised in Tehran, Iran. I completed my Bachelor's degree in Architecture and worked for one year as an Architect. In 2012, I moved to Finland and completed my Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, and started my journey as a product designer in 2015. With over 8 years of experience, I have designed and delivered impactful services and digital products for prominent tech companies and collaborated with leading design agencies in Europe and Canada.
I shine in roles where I can use my diverse skillset and collaborate with a cross-functional team. My superpower is my ability to make sense of complex challenges, discover tangible and intangible elements, orchestrate and create solutions that bring value to humans, businesses, our society and the planet.
My Philosophy
Design is all about balance. In my design process, I consider three lenses: Desirability, Feasibility and Viability. I begin with humans and user desirability to balance and think about what is technically feasible and financially viable. This approach guarantee success
Delivering value to society through the power of design. I am passionate about technology and delivering innovative values to society through the power of design. I believe that this is an obligation for designers. I am always seeking the answer to how we can create experiences that make people’s lives easier.
Always learning. My curiosity and desire to learn have led me to three degrees: B.Architecture, and B.Sc. IT, and MSc in Service Design
I am always looking for ways to challenge and improve myself, which is why in my spare time I like to read articles, and blogs, participate in design conferences, and meetups, document my learning and share it with other designers. Last year, I wrote about Why your organization needs Service Design
Giving back to design communities. I am passionate about helping designers that’s why I decided to be a Mentor on ADPList.org. As a mentor, I am providing guidance to designers regarding their career paths, design skills, communication, etc. It brings me immense joy to help fellow designers succeed and grow in their professional journeys.
